Poison Ivy – a wicked awful plant!

About a week ago I posted a picture of a really nasty bug and huge bug…cuz everything is bigger and better in the south.  Well, apparently the poison ivy is bigger and better in the south too!  This is my left forearm…covered in poison ivy…its the worst case of it I have ever had…my arm is the tip of the iceberg…I have it everywhere.  If anyone knows of a possible reason why this horrid plant exists …please do share!
